Color Flyers. Your home will be photographed, inside & out, and a nice color flyer prepared.
Flyer Box & Info Line Sign. A flyer box and telephone shaped info line sign will be atttached to the Ruhl & Ruhl sign. Potential buyers can take a free colored flyer or call Ruhl & Ruhl's Info Line for information on your home.
Electronic Keybox. A keybox will be placed on your property to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home.
Internet. Your home's information will be entered on Realtor.com, the nation's largest real estate web site, as well as RuhlHomes.com and HomeQC.com.
Just Listed Postcards. Approximately 250 Just Listed postcards with your home's information will be mailed to your surrounding area.
Newspaper. A 'just listed' display ad will be plaeced in the Quad City Times newspaper. Large display ads, open house and by appointment block ads will be placed periodically.
Television. Your home will be featured on Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors Home Show, view by thousands of potential buyers.
Realtor Tour. With your permission, your home will be open for a Realtor tour within the first week of your home being listed.
Open Houses. Open houses will be scheduled as needed with your permission.
